Pleasant
Good confortable and clean room.
I asked for a room with a window to the exterior of the building and the room I was offered had a single window to an interior yard. I complaint to the recepcionist and she told me that the requests made by the guests in booking reservations are not mandatory and they didn't have rooms with windows to the outside when the room was booked.
